Paul is Land Tech’s
newest member to the team, and brings with him very valuable
knowledge and experience with site design and permitting. Mr. Blanc
is an expert with Hydro CAD, AutoCAD, drainage design, erosion and
sedimentation control systems, etc. Paul has written dozens of Storm
Water Pollution Prevention plans and has conducted hundreds of
inspections.

Northeastern
University in 1998 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a
concentration in Environmental Pollution Control and Prevention
