Evan is Land Tech’s youngest member of
the team and contributes many excellent skills to the project at
hand. In addition to performing most of Land Tech’s fieldwork, Mr.
Starkey is a very accomplished CAD technician. Mr. Starkey has also
“takin’ a likin” to reducing GPS data, and has become our resident
expert at it.
