Mr. Berlind has been the President of Land Tech for the past ten years and has operated the company as a sole proprietorship for several years prior to that. Mr. Berlind has over 20 years of surveying, land planning, and land use permitting experience.

Mr. Berlind’s surveying and permitting experience includes single-family house lots, multiple lot subdivisions, commercial and industrial site planning, wetlands and environmental permitting, conservation easements, precise control surveys, expert witness testimony, to name just a few.
