WELCOME… Land Technical Service Corp. (“Land Tech”) is a Surveying, Engineering, and Site Design Company located in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Prior to incorporation in December of 1997, the company was in operation for many years as a Sole Proprietorship. Land Tech provides a variety of services, including engineering, surveying, and septic design. We utilize state of the art computer software including AutoCAD, Hydro CAD, and GPS Geodetic & Mapping solutions. Land Tech services the Lakes Region, White Mountains, and Seacoast areas of New Hampshire, as well as surrounding areas of Maine. We service a variety of clients with diverse needs to include: State, Local, Municipal, University, and Private Sectors. Our experienced field crews are equipped with modern surveying instruments including global positioning systems (GPS), digital total stations, electronic data collection, and color plotter, etc.

Surveying Land Tech’s Surveying Department consists of a dedicated and well-trained staff that is eager to assist clients with their projects. Our staff routinely attends in-house and out-of-house seminars, workshops, and classes to maintain and improve upon their high skill levels. We have extensive experience in all types of surveys.
